Merck seeks a Service Intake & Workflow Senior Specialist for Learning Creation in Prague to manage intake processes, validate requests, route work to internal and outsourced teams, and drive continuous improvement of service delivery workflows.
Responsibilities
Manage intake of Learning Creation requests and validate completeness against defined standards
Oversee workflow progression and route requests to appropriate delivery teams
Serve as escalation point for operational and client issues; track and resolve problems
Identify process inefficiencies and drive standardization and continuous improvement
Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to established standards
Requirements
Strong operational execution and workflow management experience
Experience with case management or workflow systems such as ServiceNow
Prior managed services experience in Learning Creation or process assurance
Demonstrated knowledge of service delivery functions and partner enablement
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Attention to detail and strict adherence to process discipline
Experience in shared services or service delivery environments
