Merck seeks a Service Intake & Workflow Senior Specialist for Learning Creation in Prague to manage intake processes, validate requests, route work to internal and outsourced teams, and drive continuous improvement of service delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of Learning Creation requests and validate completeness against defined standards
• Oversee workflow progression and route requests to appropriate delivery teams
• Serve as escalation point for operational and client issues; track and resolve problems
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive standardization and continuous improvement
• Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to established standards

Requirements

• Strong operational execution and workflow management experience
• Experience with case management or workflow systems such as ServiceNow
• Prior managed services experience in Learning Creation or process assurance
• Demonstrated knowledge of service delivery functions and partner enablement
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Attention to detail and strict adherence to process discipline
• Experience in shared services or service delivery environments
