Our business line 4flow management utilizes innovative concepts in transportation and network management to plan, optimize, and manage supply chain networks as a neutral 4PL.

4flow continues its successful growth around the globe. The Pilsen-based team provides end-to-end supply chain management services and takes over the coordination of suppliers on behalf of customers.

What your new challenge will look like

Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations
Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations
Monitoring logistics performance and costs
Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

Why you belong at 4flow

You have a university degree and solid experience in transportation management (road freight)
More than 2 years of experience in leading and developing a team
Results-driven attitude with strong customer orientation
Ability to adapt to changing situations and peak periods, with a structured approach to problem-solving
Strong communication skills in English (other languages are beneficial)
Advanced user knowledge of enterprise IT systems
You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual and international environment
