Your Role

As a Logistics Planner, you will play a key role in organizing and coordinating transport operations across Europe, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and coordinate truck transportation

Plan, allocate, and route transport orders efficiently

Coordinate deliveries in line with customer requirements and payment terms
Communicate proactively with clients and carriers via email and phone
Order transport services and assign shipments to carriers
Monitor and track shipments, keeping clients informed of their status
Resolve operational issues related to shipments
Identify cost-optimization and added-value opportunities
Track and resolve freight claims
Ensure and continuously improve service quality and internal processes
Keep all transport-related data up to date in internal systems

Your Profile

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, or a call center environment
Fluent Polish (mandatory)
Fluent English (daily working language)

Good command of German language

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented mindset
User-level knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Excel
