Develop, implement, and optimize injection molding processes for new and existing products.
Establish and maintain molding process parameters, cycle times, and production standards
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process setup sheets, and standard operating procedures.
Support global standardization of injection molding processes and best practices across facilities.
Develop specifications for injection molding machines, molds, auxiliary equipment, tooling, and automation systems.
Coordinate equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, validation, and startup activities.
Monitor project timelines, costs, and deliverables.
Develop injection molding processes and equipment requirements for new product launches.
Support engineering changes, product design modifications, mold transfers, and manufacturability reviews.
What we require?
Bachelor degree in technical field
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.
Extensive experience with plastic injection molding process development, optimization, and validation.
Experience leading mold trials, product launches, continuous improvement initiatives, and resolving molding defects, process variation, and production challenges.
Fluent English
