What you will do:

• Create and maintain Business Partner master records in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including customer and supplier data
• Maintain general, company-code, purchasing and sales-area information, including addresses, tax information, payment terms, bank details and partner functions.
• Process requests for new Business Partners, changes, extensions, blocking and deletion, verifying information against supporting documentation and approved standards.
• Support customer and supplier onboarding, coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Legal, Tax and other business functions, and resolve duplicate or inconsistent records.
• Create and maintain Product master records, extending them to relevant organizational units, plants, storage locations, sales areas and other business structures.
• Maintain product descriptions, product types, units of measure, classifications and purchasing, sales, logistics, planning and valuation-related data, as applicable.
• Process product creation, modification, extension, blocking and discontinuation requests, ensuring that product data follows naming conventions, classification standards and business requirements.
• Perform regular data checks, quality reviews, validation, cleansing and exception reporting; identify and correct duplicate, obsolete, incomplete or inconsistent records.
• Follow governance policies, approval workflows and segregation-of-duties requirements, keeping accurate records of master data requests and approvals.
• Support testing, user acceptance testing, data validation, business process improvements and system releases, and help investigate issues with the SAP support team.
• Provide guidance to business users on master data requirements and request procedures, escalating complex or unresolved issues when required.

What we expect:

• Experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Practical experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Understanding of business processes in finance, procurement, sales, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with data quality checks, validation and cleansing, together with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar data management tools.
• Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion.
• A structured, organized and analytical working style, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow defined procedures and controls, work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a customer-oriented and service-minded approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
