We are looking for a Middle Technical Support Specialist to join product development for our client from the USA — one of ADT’s oldest, largest and most respected Authorized Dealers. The project is a platform for extensive home security, that helps to choose home security packages, customize a security system, and monitor the safety and security of the home.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of previous work experience in technical customer support
• Hands-on experience with PostHog tool or similar
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in communicating with native speakers
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Attention to details
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher (fluent speaking and writing)
• Work Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends. Weekdays: night shifts only (1 a.m.—9 a.m.). Weekends: evening shifts (4 p.m.—1 a.m.) and night shifts (1 a.m.—9 a.m.).
