Odpovědnosti

1. Implement and monitor logging, alerting, and monitoring to ensure system health, performance, and reliability
2. Work on the development and extension of automation tooling to improve operational efficiency
3. Provide support for both hardware and software systems
4. Maintain and update documentation for daily operations and procedures
5. Deploy, operate, and maintain Linux systems in a data center environment
6. Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and post-incident root cause analysis

Keepit is looking for a Linux-based Operations Engineer to join our team in Krakow, Poland.

Our platform provides customers with an immutable, historical archive of their data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk.

We pride ourselves on backing up billions of objects over foreign APIs using imperfect networks on systems with finite memory and making it all happen in a performant, reliable, and predictable way.

Working Hours and Schedule

This role requires shift work to support 24/7 operations, including day shifts, night on-call rotations.
