Responsibilities
Provide technical product sustaining support for mechatronic parts of electron microscopes from manufacturing through end of service
Design tools, test fixtures, and conduct troubleshooting of system and component problems affecting reliability and performance
Maintain technical documentation through engineering change order processes and support new product introduction projects
Deliver manufacturing support to factory and field service, including on-site customer support and personnel training as needed
Support supply chain with engineering expertise and perform hands-on assembly, testing, and process improvement analysis
Requirements
Advanced degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 2 years manufacturing engineering experience
Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency in CAD software, statistical analysis, and root cause investigation
Fluent in Czech and English, written and verbal communication
Expertise with engineering documentation, specifications, and change control processes
Knowledge of cleanroom environments, equipment qualification, and calibration processes
