Für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung eines Kundenservice-Projekts für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Operations & Business Development Manager (m/w/d) für unser Büro in Prag. Du konzipierst Prozesse von Grund auf, führst mehrere Team Leads und treibst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres gesamten Operations-Setups voran.

Deine Aufgaben

• Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung skalierbarer Prozesse entlang der gesamten Customer Journey
• End-to-End-Projektmanagement als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden
• Führung von Team Leads sowie festangestellten und freiberuflichen Teammitgliedern
• Analyse relevanter KPIs und Ableitung operativer Maßnahmen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Recruiting, Training, Quality und Tech
• Aktive Mitgestaltung der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unseres Operations-Setups

Dein Profil

• Fundierte Erfahrung im Operations- oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im eigenständigen Aufbau von Strukturen oder Prozessen
• Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Entscheidungsfreude, auch in dynamischen Situationen
• Klare, zuverlässige Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
• Erfahrung in der Führung von Remote-Teams

• Aufbau und Stabilisierung der Team-Lead-Struktur für das Projekt
• Definition und Dokumentation von Prozessen entlang der Customer Journey

Your Mission

To set up and further develop a customer service project for one of our clients, we are looking for an Operations & Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to join our office in Prague immediately. You design processes from scratch, lead several Team Leads and actively drive the further development of our entire operations setup.

Your Tasks

• Building and further developing scalable processes along the entire customer journey
• End-to-end project management as the central point of contact for our clients
• Leading Team Leads as well as permanent and freelance team members
• Analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving operational decisions
• Close collaboration with Recruiting, Training, Quality and Tech
• Actively shaping the strategic development of our operations setup

Your Skillset

• Solid experience in operations or project management, ideally including building structures or processes on your own
• Entrepreneurial thinking and decisiveness, even in dynamic situations
• Clear, reliable communication in German and English
• Experience in leading remote teams

• Establishing and stabilizing the Team Lead structure for the project
• Defined and documented processes along the customer journey
• Achieving the agreed KPI targets (e.g. customer satisfaction, efficiency)
