Do you speak German and have experience in Payroll, Time & Attendance or HR Shared Services? Would you like to become part of an international transformation project without stepping away from hands-on operations?

For our client, a well-established global company with an international shared services environment, we are looking for three German-speaking specialists to join a Prague-based team supporting Payroll & Time operations across European markets.

The company is currently undergoing a major transformation of its Payroll & Time processes and systems. You will help ensure that day-to-day operations continue to run smoothly while supporting the transition to new solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your existing experience in Payroll, Time & Attendance or HR Shared Services with exposure to a major systems and process transformation.

The initial contract is for 12 months, with strong potential for extension.

💼 What will you be doing?

• Manage daily Time & Attendance operations, ensuring accurate employee time records and data.
• Prepare, validate and reconcile time-related inputs for payroll processing.
• Handle employee and manager queries related to working time, absences and attendance.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Cooperate with international Payroll, HR, IT and Shared Services teams, particularly in German-speaking markets.
• Prepare reports, monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with local requirements.
• Identify process issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the transformation team with testing, system changes and the implementation of new Time & Attendance solutions.

🎯 Who are we looking for?

• Ideally 3–6 years of experience in Payroll Operations, Time & Attendance, HR Services or a similar operational role.
• Previous experience in a Shared Service Centre (SSC) or multinational environment is highly welcome.
• German at a very good working level (B2+/C1) – you will use it regularly.
• Good English (B2 or higher) for communication within an international team.
• Experience working with HR, payroll or Time & Attendance systems; SAP and/or Workday would be an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Good understanding of processes, deadlines and data accuracy.
• A proactive, detail-oriented and service-minded approach.
• Experience with system implementations, transitions or transformation projects is a plus, but you don't need to be a Project Manager.
