PO Lifecycle Operations (POLO) Associate with Dutch v Praha, Česko

Johnson & Johnson seeks a PO Lifecycle Operations Associate in Prague to manage purchase order processes and accounts payable activities for Dutch-speaking markets. The role involves end-to-end P2P operations, stakeholder coordination, and compliance oversight, requiring fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, including requisition creation, routing, approval, and payment processing
• Engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure transparency, resolve discrepancies, and maintain service quality
• Provide guidance to requestors on contract creation and PO lifecycle activities prior to and during management
• Support testing and implementation of automation and AI initiatives within procurement operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and procurement best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2–3 years of business process or operations experience
• Understanding of Accounts Payable, Payments, Sourcing, and Source-to-Settle processes
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English and Dutch, written and oral
• Proficiency with purchasing systems such as Ariba preferred
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment

Compensation: Kč542,000.00 – Kč871,700.00 base
