Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle including requisition creation, routing, and approval
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers on PO details and resolution of discrepancies
Support Accounts Payable operations and cross-functional procurement activities while ensuring SLA compliance
Resolve purchase order issues related to pricing, service delays, and materials discrepancies
Support testing and implementation of automation and AI initiatives in procurement operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
2-3 years of business process or business operations experience
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English (written and oral); regional language preferred
Experience with purchasing systems such as Ariba or equivalent, preferred
Understanding of Accounts Payable, Payments, Sourcing, or Source-to-settle operations preferred
