Współpraca z Product Owner'ami / Manager'ami nad roadmap'ami; nadzorowanie wdrażania rozwiązań.
Liderowanie i mentorowanie innych programistów, wspieranie przeglądów kodu (code reviews) i planów testowych.
Monitorowanie zgodności rozwiązań ze standardami technicznymi i wymogami bezpieczeństwa platformy; ułatwianie terminowego rozwiązywania problemów oraz wspieranie innych zadań z zakresu DevOps.
Wsparcie zarządzania incydentami i problemami: pomoc wsparciu platformy na poziomie L3 w rozwiązywaniu problemów produkcyjnych oraz ułatwianie ich eliminacji.
