1. Own the product definition, roadmap, priorities, and execution for cloud infrastructure provisioning and persistence capabilities across Guidewire Cloud Platform.
2. Work closely with Engineering to define and deliver standardized, self-service platform capabilities for Aurora PostgreSQL, RDS, DynamoDB, and future persistence services, including provisioning, upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, and failover.
3. Drive discovery and solution design with engineers, architects, SREs, and platform consumers, translating complex infrastructure needs into clear product requirements, APIs, abstractions, and sensible defaults.
4. Balance developer flexibility with security, reliability, scalability, and operational consistency across platform capabilities.
5. Partner with Guidewire application and platform teams, UX, Enablement, Support, Outbound Product Management, and other stakeholders to validate requirements, manage dependencies, and drive adoption.
6. Track delivery, adoption, reliability, and product outcomes, continuously improving capabilities based on usage and feedback.

Původní popisek.  As a Product Manager for Cloud Platform Provisioning & Persistence, you will own and evolve the platform capabilities that enable Guidewire product teams and applications to provision, configure, operate, and lifecycle-manage cloud infrastructure through standardized, self-service APIs and declarative platform abstractions.

Your initial focus will be on persistence services, including Aurora PostgreSQL, RDS, DynamoDB, and caching capabilities, together with the OAM/KubeVela-based components, infrastructure modules, operators, and automation that expose these services as reusable Guidewire Cloud Platform capabilities. This includes shared and dedicated provisioning patterns, disaster recovery and failover, upgrades, migrations, and support for various Guidewire applications’ workloads.

This role is part of the Guidewire Cloud Platform Product Management organization and works in close partnership with Engineering teams and Outbound Product Management, ensuring that platform capabilities provide a consistent developer experience while meeting product, reliability, security, and operational requirements.
