1. Own and maintain the integrated programme plan across workstreams, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, client inputs, decision points and acceptance activities
2. Proactively drive delivery by managing risks, capacity constraints, blockers and escalations

4. Prepare and deliver executive-level programme reporting covering progress, outcomes, risks, financials and key decisions

At the core of the role

We are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to delivering enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions for a global client. As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead programme governance, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional delivery, working closely with Avenga's Core Team, AI Readiness & Discovery Pod and Delivery Pod. This role requires a strong delivery leader who can drive execution, manage programme priorities and translate complex AI topics into clear business outcomes and executive-level decisions.
