Own and maintain the integrated programme plan across workstreams, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, client inputs, decision points and acceptance activities
Proactively drive delivery by managing risks, capacity constraints, blockers and escalations
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across business, technology, management and executive levels
Prepare and deliver executive-level programme reporting covering progress, outcomes, risks, financials and key decisions
Lead governance meetings, steering committees, programme reviews, workshops and executive presentations, ensuring clear actions and accountability
Translate complex Agentic AI, architecture, security, data and delivery topics for business and executive audiences

We are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to delivering enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions for a global client. As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead programme governance, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional delivery, working closely with Avenga's Core Team, AI Readiness & Discovery Pod and Delivery Pod.
