Project Lead
We are seeking a strong personality with experience from a staffing agency or operational HR environment, who can manage projects in a fast-paced setting and effectively coordinate a smaller team.
What you will be responsible for:
Full ownership and management of an onsite HR project at the client’s location
Leading and coordinating the HR team
Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing processes
Reporting results and ensuring KPI delivery
Direct communication with the client and collaboration with international teams
What we are looking for:
Ability to work in a dynamic, operational environment
Proven experience managing large-scale projects (ideally in a multinational environment)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Business-level English
