1. Project Leadership & Deputy Support: Support and act as Deputy to the RACF Project Leader in end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of project activities.
2. Delivery Management (~14 FTE): Drive progress across Business Delivery (BD) teams, ensuring strict alignment with agreed project timelines and milestones.
3. Facilitation & Alignment: Lead daily team standups, targeted virtual workshops, and ad-hoc stakeholder alignment sessions.
4. Risk & Governance Management: Maintain action/decision logs, track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate blockers appropriately to safeguard project health.
5. Progress Tracking & Executive Reporting: Maintain progress trackers, prepare clear status reports, and deliver presentations for senior management governance forums.
6. Automation & Efficiency: Identify, qualify, and manage the implementation of automation opportunities to streamline operational workflows and boost delivery efficiency.
