Project Manager – Payroll & Time Transformation | 100.000 CZK v Česko

For our client, a leading international company operating in a highly professional and regulated environment, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a key Payroll & Time & Attendance transformation project.

You will manage the transition from the current payroll provider to a new vendor and coordinate the project from initial planning through implementation, testing and go-live to stabilization.

What will you be responsible for?

• Lead the end-to-end Payroll & Time & Attendance vendor transition
• Manage the country project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks and priorities
• Coordinate HR/P&O, Payroll, Finance, Tax, IT, business teams and external vendors
• Drive requirements and fit-gap activities, data migration and system integrations
• Coordinate testing/UAT, payroll parallel runs and defect resolution
• Lead readiness, cutover, go-live and hypercare
• Keep stakeholders aligned and provide clear project status reporting

What are we looking for?
You are an experienced Project Manager who understands how payroll and Time & Attendance processes work in practice and knows how to manage a complex transformation across several teams and vendors.

You should bring:

• Experience leading complex Payroll, HR/P&O, workforce management or enterprise technology implementations
• Previous experience with country payroll and Time & Attendance projects
• Good understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, data, interfaces, controls and reconciliations
• Experience with vendor transitions / outsourced payroll is highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with integrations, data migration, testing/UAT, parallel payroll runs, cutover and go-live
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Ability to coordinate several interconnected workstreams at the same time
• Fluent English; another European language is an advantage

Experience with any of the following will be a strong advantage:

• SAP Payroll / SAP HCM / ADP GlobalView
• Workday-to-payroll integrations
• Workforce Management or Time & Attendance solutions
• Shared services or regulated international environments
• Agile delivery combined with structured project governance
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification
