1. Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects for the Israel market, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met
2. Act as Scrum Master for delivery teams, facilitating all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
3. Manage and maintain project workflows, boards, and reporting in JIRA
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including business, technology, and senior management
5. Coordinate work across distributed teams in different locations and time zones
6. Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive their resolution
