For our Project Department in Přerov, we are currently looking for a new colleague to join us in the position of:

Project Manager

Main responsibilities:

• You analyze and evaluate the scope of supply and all Terms and Conditions; targets of the contract; you put in practice the terms of the contract. You ensure modification handling, including related contract amendments or modifications if needed.
• You ensure all activities, trends and risks within the project related to time, cost, and quality, are transparent and well managed. You follow-up and improve, if possible, the profitability of the project.
• You drive the execution of the project and ensure all related communication, such as kick-off meeting, project meetings, technical clarification and modifications, reporting, feedback meetings, etc.
• You ensure planning and supervision sequence of erection activities in conjunction with Site Management and the contracted erection company.
• You maintain full responsibility for the Project until final acceptance, payment and contractual conditions are being fulfilled and closed.
• You drive after-sales-services (or support) for the customer.

About you:

• You have experience in project management, preferably in construction projects at an international level; you have a master’s degree in engineering.
• You have a solid experience in negotiation and project monitoring. You have a commercial mindset and are result driven.
• You speak communicative German and English; any other language considered an advantage.
• You respect your engagements and respond to underlying challenges in a courageous, team-oriented way.
• You have strong attention to detail for managing complex contracts.
• You have an ability to make decisions under pressure.
• You possess good leadership skills and an ability to motivate project stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are achieved.
