We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of international projects from order confirmation through final handover. This role combines project management, client relationship management, technical coordination, and commercial support. If you enjoy working in a dynamic international environment and collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding results, we'd love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

Manage international projects from project handover through delivery and final completion.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate technical, commercial, and logistical activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure project milestones, budgets, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
Prepare and manage project documentation, quotations, invoicing, and contractual requirements.
Support installation activities, project close-out, and after-sales service.
Build strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor project profitability and contribute to successful project outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in construction, manufacturing, engineering, lighting, interior fit-out, or a related industry.
Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in an international environment.
Ability to work effectively with technical documentation and drawings.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial awareness and a results-oriented mindset.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ideally based in the Crystal Valley region, with the ability to work on-site at PRECIOSA during the onboarding and training period.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners across North America.
Flexibility to work approximately 2-3 hours in the evening to ensure overlap with the Pacific Time Zone, typically no later than 11:00 PM Czech time (2:00 PM Pacific Time).
