Location: Prague

The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day administrative and operational support related to the management of the real estate portfolio, with a focus on property operations and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate routine property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost and time effective solutions, resolving tenant issues
Provide administrative support in managing property budgets (OPEX / CAPEX), including cost tracking and basic reporting.
Handle tasks related to the property portfolio, including documentation, lease agreements, and technical records.
Support the administration of receivables, including monitoring overdue payments and conducting basic follow-up communication with tenants, in coordination with senior management and external partners.
Assist with the administration of insurance claims and insured events, including communication with insurers and preparation of related documentation.
Prepare regular summaries and reports on property operations for internal management, service charge reconciliation
Ensure timely and accurate processing of property-related invoices and payments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
Knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
Professional level of Czech and English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
