About
Are you an experienced Program Manager with a strong automotive background and a passion for leading complex customer programs? We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to drive successful program execution from award through launch and serial production across our international organization.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Lead customer programs from nomination through launch and serial production
Serve as the primary interface between OEM customers and internal cross-functional teams
Drive project execution, milestones, timing plans, and risk management activities
Ensure achievement of program objectives related to quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial functions
Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation plans
Support successful product launches while ensuring compliance with customer and company requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience managing programs for automotive OEM customers
Experience with safety-related and/or engine-related automotive products is highly preferred
Strong project and program management skills, ideally within an Agile environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and international teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong customer-facing experience with a focus on building long-term partnerships
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Fluent English is required; German is a significant advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Mature, resilient, self-driven personality with a hands-on approach
Willingness to travel as required
