We are seeking a Relocation Consultant (1 year employment contract) to join our Prague team in a fast-paced environment. If you are ready to make a career move and help our client’s best talents on a day to day basis, we’d like to hear from you! Let’s make a difference together.
Key responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating the relocation process (via phone/ email only) of client’s employees from start to finish (inbound, outbound and intra-EMEA)
Being the main point of contact to the expatriate population to provide advice in all aspects of their relocation including benefits (relocation policy review, moving services, destination services, immigration/tax, cross-cultural and language training, temporary living, and other entitlements).
Managing supplier relationships for international services including tax, immigration, relocation assistance, temporary accommodation, etc.
You are the right fit if you:
Have previous experience of international assignments /working and living abroad (advantage)
Have previous customer service experience (essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Have a keen interest in Cultural Awareness
Possess good organizational and time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks
Possess strong influencing and negotiation skills
Are adaptable, creative, assertive and have a ‘can do' attitude
Have a degree in Business or related field (advantage)
Eligible to legally work in the Czech Republic
