Medtronic seeks an experienced sales representative to cover a maternity leave position in Prague, promoting robotic-assisted surgical systems across Central Europe. The role combines technical expertise, clinical support, and customer engagement to drive adoption and implementation of innovative surgical technologies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territory and customer base
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital decision-makers
• Support hospitals throughout customer journey from initial engagement to implementation and adoption
• Organize and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical educational workshops
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Healthcare
• Proven experience in medical device sales or capital equipment sales
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and territory management skills
• Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing abilities
• Ability to engage effectively with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital administrators
• Fluent in English and local Czech language
• High accountability and results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ownership

Compensation: 1,064,000–1,596,000 CZK per year
