For our client, a leading global technology company, we are looking for a Sales Support Analyst to help sales teams across the EMEA region manage quoting processes and resolve system-related issues. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy analytical work, have a strong attention to detail, and are interested in developing their Salesforce CPQ expertise.

Job description

• Create and maintain quotes in Salesforce CPQ.
• Resolve quote, booking, and system-related issues.
• Support sales teams across the EMEA region.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
• Troubleshoot system errors and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• 1–3 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Business Support, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with Salesforce; knowledge of Salesforce CPQ is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work.
