Own the end-to-end data migration workstream within SAP S/4HANA implementation and conversion programmes.
Define the migration strategy, roadmap, scope, governance model and delivery approach.
Lead migration activities across the Explore, Build, Test, Cutover and Go-Live phases.
Coordinate data profiling, extraction, transformation, mapping, loading, validation and reconciliation.
Plan and oversee migration cycles, mock migrations, dress rehearsals and production cutover.
Establish quality controls covering data completeness, accuracy, reconciliation and auditability.

Join our SAP Transformation practice and take ownership of data migration across complex, international SAP S/4HANA projects. As an SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead, you will shape the migration strategy, establish the delivery approach and lead the workstream from initial planning through testing, cutover and go-live. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, business leaders, functional teams and technical experts across multiple countries. This is a senior consulting role for someone who wants to move beyond individual migration activities and influence how large-scale SAP transformations are designed and delivered.
