- Own the end-to-end data migration workstream within SAP S/4HANA implementation and conversion programmes.
- Define the migration strategy, roadmap, scope, governance model and delivery approach.
- Lead migration activities across the Explore, Build, Test, Cutover and Go-Live phases.
- Coordinate data profiling, extraction, transformation, mapping, loading, validation and reconciliation.
- Plan and oversee migration cycles, mock migrations, dress rehearsals and production cutover.
- Establish quality controls covering data completeness, accuracy, reconciliation and auditability.

Join our SAP Transformation practice and take ownership of data migration across complex, international SAP S/4HANA projects.
As an SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead, you will shape the migration strategy, establish the delivery approach and lead the workstream from initial planning through testing, cutover and go-live. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, business leaders, functional teams and technical experts across multiple countries.
This is a senior consulting role for someone who wants to move beyond individual migration activities and influence how large-scale SAP transformations are designed and delivered.
