You’ll support everyday business applications while getting involved in improvements, integrations, and automation. Along the way, you’ll build hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, ERP systems, and business processes.

We welcome both people early in their IT careers and experienced support professionals looking to broaden their skills.

💻 What you’ll do

• Provide first and second-line support for SAP S/4HANA and other business applications, helping users resolve incidents and requests.
• Help manage application settings, master data, and user access.
• Test updates and new features, and support their rollout alongside vendors and technical colleagues.
• Keep documentation useful and up to date, making solutions easier to find next time.
• Support tools for business processes, document management, and travel & expenses.
• Monitor application integrations, investigate issues with APIs and JSON/XML interfaces, and assist with data migration and ETL.
• Contribute to RPA and workflow automation projects that make everyday work easier.
• Work with business colleagues to understand their needs, map processes, and turn requirements into practical improvements.

🔎 What you’ll bring

• Some experience in application support, ERP support, or a similar IT role. Graduates with relevant technical foundations and a willingness to learn are welcome too.
• A basic understanding of business applications, databases/SQL, APIs, and JSON/XML.
• SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other ERP experience is a plus — as is enthusiasm for learning SAP.
• Familiarity with automation, process management, or integration tools is welcome, including Nintex K2, SAP Concur, Oracle DMS, or Power Platform.
• An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a helpful approach to user support.
• Confident communication in English, including with colleagues outside IT.
• Initiative, curiosity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
