Join SAP Services Global Marketing Procurement team and play a key role in managing a diverse Marketing spend portfolio across the EMEA region, including creative agencies, media buying, digital marketing platforms, events, sponsorships, and market research.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of sourcing strategies, ensuring efficient, compliant, and value-driven procurement delivery. Working closely with Marketing stakeholders and procurement colleagues across EMEA and globally, you will translate business needs into effective sourcing solutions and support strategic supplier partnerships.

JOB SUMMARY

Support the execution of Marketing category strategies across EMEA
Manage end-to-end sourcing projects, including RFx processes, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing suppliers, including agencies, media providers, digital partners, and research vendors
Partner with Marketing stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective sourcing solutions
Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and create additional value for the business
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and commercial analysis to support sourcing decisions and category planning
Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier base
Leverage procurement systems, analytics, and reporting tools to support category management and performance tracking
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and Source-to-Pay processes
Contribute to digital procurement initiatives, sustainability objectives, and supplier governance activities

CANDIDATE PROFILE

5+ years of procurement experience, ideally within Marketing Procurement or other indirect spend categories
Proven experience managing sourcing projects, commercial negotiations, and contract management
Understanding of marketing supplier models, including agencies, media, digital marketing, events, sponsorships, or market research
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with experience using procurement platforms and reporting tools
Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
