Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the team in maintaining a healthy and predictable delivery pace, ensuring alignment on sprint goals and priorities.
Identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
Coach the team and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to improve collaboration and delivery.
Support backlog refinement, sprint readiness, and clear definition of requirements and acceptance criteria.
