1. Provide technical leadership and day-to-day guidance to engineers, ensuring alignment to best practices and delivery consistency

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a primary focus on Java/Spring backend engineering and the ability to contribute to React + TypeScript UI delivery as needed. This is a hands-on leadership role , requiring strong technical depth, design capability, and proven experience leading teams in building resilient, production-ready solutions.

You will work in an Agile environment to design, develop, and deploy high-quality services utilizing modern microservices patterns , API-first principles , and containerized cloud-native architectures . This role offers a blended experience of technical leadership and active coding while mentoring others.
