1. Administering and optimizing VMware virtualization environments (vSphere / vCenter): cluster lifecycle, resource management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
2. Maintaining and supporting production database environments (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
3. Managing enterprise storage infrastructure (SAN / block & file storage) — capacity planning, performance diagnostics, and array maintenance.
4. Administering and hardening Linux servers (Ubuntu/Debian) across production and staging environments.
5. Overseeing enterprise backup and recovery solutions (Commvault) — designing retention policies, automation, and leading regular disaster recovery tests.
6. Automating operational workflows and standardizing infrastructure using Ansible, Bash, Python, and Git (IaC mindset).

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our infrastructure team. You will be responsible for maintaining, automating, and scaling our core on-prem and hybrid infrastructure — spanning VMware virtualization, enterprise storage, Linux environments, and critical database clusters.
