Vedení technického týmu a mentoring – budeš rozvíjet mladší kolegy, nastavovat standardy a rozhodovat o technické strategii.
Návrh a rozvoj architektury bankovních systémů – tvůj pohled bude určovat směr vývoje, technologické stacky i AI integrace.
Vývoj backendu v Javě (Spring Boot, REST API, BPMN)– čekají tě komplexní řešení, optimalizace a robustní systémy s dopadem na celou banku.
Aktivní začleňování AI nástrojů do workflow – GitHub Copilot, Claude, RAG, OpenAI LLM budou tvoje běžná výbava.
Spolupráce s product managementem a dalšími týmy – budeš koordinovat projekty napříč bankou, navrhovat pipeline a rozhodovat o technologických procesech.
Koho hledáme?
Máš seniorní zkušenost s Java vývojem (Spring Boot, REST, návrh aplikací)– budeš navrhovat a implementovat řešení, která obstojí v ostrém provozu banky.
Pracoval*a jsi s kontejnery (Docker) a cloudovým prostředím (AWS, serverless) + BPMN výhodou – rozumíš architektuře cloudových aplikací i kontejnerizaci.
Ovládáš AI nástroje a jejich integraci – GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, LLM, RAG – dokážeš využít AI pro zefektivnění vývoje.
Zvládáš DevOps nástroje a pipeline – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, BitBucket/GitHub, CI/CD automatizace máš v malíku.
Umíš vést tým a sdílet know-how – mentoring, komunikace, schopnost rozhodnout a nést odpovědnost za výsledek.
