KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing, ensuring stable and efficient production processes.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Support resolution of production, quality, and reliability issues in cooperation with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Service, and suppliers.
Drive continuous improvement activities focused on quality, productivity, reliability, cost, and process robustness.
Lead and support engineering projects, including NPI, product transfers, engineering changes, and implementation of new manufacturing solutions.
Support prototype, pilot, testing, and validation activities and successful transition into regular production.
Develop and improve manufacturing methods, tools, fixtures, test solutions, and technical documentation.
Support component changes, obsolescence, supplier issues, and implementation of alternative technical solutions.
Ensure engineering solutions comply with applicable quality, safety, and engineering requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
Relevant experience in Manufacturing, Operations Engineering, NPI, R&D, or similar engineering environment.
Strong hands-on skills in technical troubleshooting, testing, and problem solving.
Experience with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Ability to understand and work with engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and technical documentation.
Good understanding of engineering principles, components, manufacturing processes, and system integration.
Experience supporting production, testing, NPI, product transfers, and engineering changes.
Ability to lead and support engineering projects and continuous improvement activities.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills in a cross-functional and international environment.
