We are looking for a Document Management System (DMS) Support Engineer to deliver high-quality technical IT support services for global enterprise systems enabling Document Capture and delivery. In this role, you will collaborate closely with operational scanning staff across global locations to diagnose, detect, and resolve technical issues, ensuring all DMS systems return to steady-state operations efficiently.

Work Mode : 100% Remote (with occasional, fully reimbursed business trips to the client site in Radom/Piastów

​ Working Hours : Standard 8 hours/day, working within the 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM CET window (3:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST)
