1. Prepare and maintain recurring reports, mainly on a monthly and quarterly basis, with some weekly reporting.
2. Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses related to Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Applications and Credit Management.
3. Extract, analyse and transform data from SAP S/4HANA and other available data sources.
4. Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions from scratch.
5. Replace manual Excel-based reports and processes with automated Power BI solutions.
6. Analyse reporting requirements, identify the best way to present data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Your future company

For our client, a global leader in the manufacture of medical devices used in interventional specialties, we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior Reporting Analyst .

This role will be part of the Global Reporting & Analytics team , supporting the Invoice to Cash function across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. The position will focus on financial reporting, data analysis and automation, with a strong emphasis on developing Power BI dashboards and improving existing reporting processes.

You will work with data related to Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Applications and Credit Management, collaborating with international stakeholders and supporting data-driven decision-making in a global environment.

The offer

• Temporary position planned until December 2027 , with a possibility of becoming permanent.
• Office located in Warsaw (Center).
• Hybrid work model – 2–3 days in the office per week .
