About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Search Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building and improving search systems.

This is a new role focused on improving search relevance and quality by combining traditional search, semantic search, and hybrid search approaches .

We need someone who has already worked on similar challenges, can bring practical knowledge to the team, and knows how to turn experimentation into working solutions.
