About the role

We’re hiring a Senior Cloud Security Analyst to strengthen our enterprise‑scale Microsoft Azure environment. If you’re passionate about Azure IAM, PIM, identity governance, and cloud security architecture, this role gives you the ownership and influence you’re looking for.

You’ll lead security assessments, uncover identity‑related risks, and drive remediation across complex Azure landscapes — partnering with engineering, IAM, and security teams to elevate our cloud security posture.

This role is based in Prague, Czechia, operating in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office).

My accountabilities in this job

Assess Azure IAM security across large enterprise environments.
Identify risks and misconfigurations including excessive privileges, orphaned identities, and escalation paths.
Review key identity components: Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access, Managed Identities, Service Principals, MFA, Access Reviews.
Define remediation strategies and lead workshops to drive closure.
Develop Azure IAM governance standards and best practices.
Support cloud transformation initiatives with security reviews.
Produce technical reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Guide teams on Zero Trust and least‑privilege principles.
Monitor Azure security posture using native and third‑party tools.

What You Bring

8+ years in cybersecurity / IAM / cloud security.
5+ years hands‑on securing Microsoft Azure.

Expertise in:

Microsoft Entra ID
Azure RBAC & PIM
Conditional Access
Identity Governance
Azure Policy
Defender for Cloud & Sentinel
Strong understanding of Zero Trust, IAM governance, cloud security architecture, and risk management.
Experience leading IAM assessments and remediation programs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

Microsoft certifications (Azure Security Engineer, Cybersecurity Architect, Identity & Access Admin).
CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GIAC.
Hybrid identity / multi‑cloud experience.
PowerShell, Terraform, Azure CLI.
Knowledge of SOX, ICFR, NIS2.
