We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on development experience and an end-to-end ownership mindset.
The role is focused on solving real business and technical problems across the full software delivery lifecycle — from understanding requirements and designing a solution to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
A key part of the role is the practical use of GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, understand existing codebases, improve testing, support troubleshooting, and increase delivery efficiency. All AI-generated outputs must be critically reviewed, validated, and tested before reaching production.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of technical problems from initial requirements through production delivery.
Design and develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and web applications.
Work across backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and production environments when required.
Quickly understand existing and legacy codebases and safely implement changes.
Use GitHub Copilot / LLM-based engineering tools for coding, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, and codebase analysis.
Review and validate AI-generated code and identify incorrect, insecure, or inefficient solutions.
Build reliable, maintainable, secure, and production-ready software.
Troubleshoot application, integration, infrastructure, and data-related issues.
Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, testers, and operations.
Contribute to technical and architectural decisions and communicate technical trade-offs clearly.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in software engineering and production application development .
Strong backend development experience with Java / Spring Boot / Kotlin OR Python / FastAPI .
Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and distributed applications .
Practical experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development tools .
Ability to critically review, test, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on generated outputs without validation.
Experience with Docker, cloud environments, CI/CD, and production deployments .
Experience working with unfamiliar or legacy codebases.
Good understanding of software architecture, security, testing, maintainability, and production readiness.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with incomplete or ambiguous requirements.
Strong English communication skills.

Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or other asynchronous messaging technologies.
