Senior Software Engineer (Foundations - Developer Productivity) @ Mindbox Sp. z o.o. v Česko

Odpovědnosti

1. Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of engineering platform services (CI/CD, observability tooling, AI integrations).
2. Engage with developers and product squads to understand challenges and provide support that unblocks delivery.
3. Take part in daily stand‑ups and informal peer collaboration — using Kanban to adapt work priorities to operational needs.
4. Provide in‑hours support, assisting teams with pipeline issues, deployment challenges, or infrastructure incidents.
5. Collaborate in pair or mob programming sessions, sharing knowledge and building cross‑squad context.
6. Exercise autonomy in shaping solutions — prioritising high‑impact work and taking complete ownership from problem through to outcome.
