1. Turn broad product requirements into simple, scalable technical solutions with minimal hand-holding.
2. Take ownership of features, services, or product areas from design through production.
3. Make and defend architecture and design decisions, including APIs, schemas, service boundaries, failure modes, and cost.
4. Use AI agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to plan, implement, test, and refactor solutions.
5. Break down complex work into tasks that AI agents can execute effectively and run multiple workstreams in parallel when appropriate.
6. Review and verify AI-generated code before it reaches production, including testing edge cases, security implications, and overall quality.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is comfortable working in an AI-first development environment and taking ownership of solutions from idea to production.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams, using AI coding agents as part of your daily workflow while remaining responsible for the quality, architecture, and outcome of everything that reaches production.
