Senior Specialist - Process Intelligence v Praha, Česko

Senior Specialist in Process Intelligence at a biopharmaceutical company, focused on business process modelling, data analysis, and enterprise transformation. Lead end-to-end process design initiatives, identify automation opportunities, and drive data-informed decision-making across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead process modelling initiatives using BPMN and tools like Celonis to design current and future-state processes
• Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities; develop process mining models and digital twins
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into user stories and actionable solutions
• Define KPIs and create data-driven visualizations to measure process performance and business value
• Support software development lifecycle phases including requirements, testing, UAT, and deployment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis, process design, or process improvement experience
• Minimum 3 years using information and data to analyse business performance and identify opportunities
• Demonstrated expertise in process modelling, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency with process mining tools, SAP, or Celonis; Six Sigma or automation experience preferred
• Strong data visualization and analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
