Senior Technical Analyst role within R&D IT supporting the Chemical Modality Design product platform. Translates scientific and product requirements into technical solutions, leads integration analysis, and coordinates delivery across stakeholders, engineers, and vendors to enable drug discovery workflows.
Responsibilities
Translate scientific workflows into technical requirements, user stories, and system designs
Lead technical analysis for new capabilities, integrations, and modernization initiatives
Evaluate solution options based on scientific fit, security, scalability, and cost
Partner with architects and engineers to define application and integration designs
Coordinate delivery across scientific users, product teams, engineering teams, and external vendors
Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years in computer science, IT, engineering, or computational science
Technical requirements analysis and solution evaluation expertise
Application, data, and systems integration experience
REST APIs, event-driven integration, and data pipeline knowledge
Cloud application deployment and SQL/scripting proficiency
Agile product delivery and vendor management skills
Strong communication with scientific, technical, and business audiences
