Odpovědnosti

1. Design and deliver technical trainings, workshops and enablement sessions for customers, partners and internal teams
2. Explain complex cloud architectures, concepts and T Cloud Public services in a clear and structured way
3. Develop and maintain training materials, hands-on labs and certification content
4. Enable customers and partners to design and implement architectures based on T Cloud Public
5. Collaborate with Product Management, Presales and Engineering to ensure up-to-date and accurate content
6. Support onboarding and continuous learning journeys for different target groups (e.g. developers, architects, decision makers)

Job Description

Your Playground: Open Telekom Cloud

We are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist who can turn complex cloud topics into  clear, structured and engaging learning experiences . In this role, you design and create learning content that helps customers, partners and sales teams quickly understand and confidently use the  Open Telekom Cloud (OTC) .

You will work closely with product teams, journey owners and offshore development teams to ensure that learning materials reflect  real platform behavior, workflows and customer journeys . A key focus of the role is onboarding: our onboarding solution is built on  ServiceNow CSM , and your content will guide users through processes, forms and customer-facing service flows in a precise and easy-to-follow way.

Your work enables users to move from first contact to productive usage of the platform with confidence.
