Job Description
Your Playground: Open Telekom Cloud
We are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist who can turn complex cloud topics into clear, structured and engaging learning experiences . In this role, you design and create learning content that helps customers, partners and sales teams quickly understand and confidently use the Open Telekom Cloud (OTC) .
You will work closely with product teams, journey owners and offshore development teams to ensure that learning materials reflect real platform behavior, workflows and customer journeys . A key focus of the role is onboarding: our onboarding solution is built on ServiceNow CSM , and your content will guide users through processes, forms and customer-facing service flows in a precise and easy-to-follow way.
Your work enables users to move from first contact to productive usage of the platform with confidence.
