Run 1–3 projects end-to-end, with teams of 5–25 people, taking ownership of scope, schedule, quality, budget and margin across Time & Material and Fixed Price engagements
Work with architects and engineering teams to assess technical assumptions, dependencies and integration challenges, reflecting them in delivery plans
Plan resources and team capacity, and manage scope changes through a clear change request process
Act as the client’s main operational contact, leading status meetings, coordinating demos and resolving delivery concerns
Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating them early with a clear assessment of their impact and proposed next steps
Monitor project margin and team utilisation, and maintain monthly revenue forecasts

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead HMI or embedded software projects for international clients within our HMI & Consumer Electronics business unit.
The ideal candidate combines practical engineering experience with strong project management skills. You should be comfortable discussing technical solutions with engineers and architects, understanding delivery constraints and explaining their impact to clients. Experience with cloud-connected products would be an additional advantage.
