Responsibilities
Execute Workday configuration within Recruiting and Talent modules
Support and provide light configuration for third-party talent systems including Phenom People and Ajinga
Assess business requests, manage demand, and recommend alternative technical solutions for HR processes
Partner with HR Technology leads, Centers of Excellence, and Operations teams on requirements and solutions
Resolve complex business problems through independent and collaborative technical troubleshooting
Requirements
Minimum 4 years HRIS/IT/HR Operations experience with bachelor's degree, or 6 years with high school diploma
Minimum 2 years hands-on Workday Global Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Talent Management configuration
Experience translating business requirements into technical system functionality
Minimum 2 years leading or executing User Acceptance Testing and end-to-end system testing
Demonstrated understanding of data privacy principles and practices
Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing multiple high-priority projects in deadline-driven environments
